Ƶ will handle your personal information in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. Ƶ does not install any software applications, including spyware, on your computer and does not sell or share personal information.

Data Collected Automatically: When you access Ƶ’s Site, Ƶ automatically collects industry-standard information like IP address, usage, and device data. Ƶ collects and uses this type of information to help us understand how users interact with the Site, to provide you with a more relevant experience, and to enhance the services we offer. Some web browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals to the Site and other online services with which the browser communicates. When a standard for responding is established, we may revisit our Privacy Policy on responding to these signals. Ƶ does not knowingly allow other parties to collect personal information from users on our Site.

Mobile Device Data: You may manage how your mobile device and mobile browser disclose certain device data with Ƶ by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device. Please refer to instructions provided by your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.

Children

Ƶ does not solicit any information from children under 16 years of age. Ƶ will not knowingly collect personal information from children without insisting that they seek prior parental consent if required by applicable law. Ƶ will only use or disclose personal information about a child to the extent permitted by law, to seek parental consent pursuant to local law and regulations or to protect a child.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 16 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us at soc@abm.com. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 16 may review and request deletion of such child’s personal information as well as prohibit the use thereof.

Security

Ƶ has implemented commercially reasonable security measures that are appropriate to the nature of the information that we collect and are designed to safeguard that information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

Only Ƶ and Ƶ authorized entities are allowed to access information stored on our servers. Unauthorized accessing of Ƶ information stored on our servers is a violation of the law. In the event of a breach of security, Ƶ will fully press charges against those parties illegally accessing information on our servers.

Notwithstanding the above, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Site, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit on or through the Site, and you do so at your own risk.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you have chosen a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. The Site is intended for United States residents. Your personal information will be collected and stored in the United States, and subject to the laws of the United States.
